FAQs Updated For Corporate Transparency Act

FinCEN has updated their website FAQs section around Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report filings that are due for new and existing businesses. Please be aware that companies formed before January 1, 2024 have until December 31, 2024 to review their filing status and file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report.
