Single-Fee Policy

As part of Registered Agent Solutions, inc.’s (RASi’s) commitment to value, our company has implemented a “Single-Fee Policy.” This policy was developed to counteract the trend in this industry of competitors unnecessarily charging clients additional fees for simple accommodations to their statutory representation needs; the idea that it is better to be fair and value client relationships than take advantage of them with nickel and dime policies.

The basis of the policy is that we charge one fee only for each state that we provide statutory representation services. This policy has saved clients hundreds and even thousands of dollars, even in the first year, when they have changed to RASi.
