In both our pricing and service comparisons, we have chosen those most competitive registered agent providers to compare ourselves with. As you can see, some of these registered agent providers offer similar services. Although there are some similarities, our competitors often charge hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars more to utilize the add-on services. Column Descriptions:

Forms Library - A simple single-point of access to numerous state forms. Contrary to most competitors that download and store these forms, our forms are “state direct” in that they are updated real-time when the states make any changes. This substantially reduces the problem of accessing out-dated forms.

SOP Imaging - Service of process imaging is a relatively new service offered by very few registered agent providers. This service entails the scanning of service papers into a PDF format that is emailed or uploaded to secure websites for your immediate access. Contrary to our competitors that charge per scan, RASi does not charge for this convenient service.

Compliance Calendar - For those competitors that offer a compliance calendar, many of these calendars simply advise you of compliance due dates. RASi’s Compliance Task Calendar™ includes an interactive task management feature that really allows you to manage your compliance matters in an efficient and timely manner.

Entity Management (Advanced) - Don’t be deceived. Some competitors claim to offer entity management tools and services at no-cost, however those are most often very basic tools and limited services. For those innovative advanced technological tools and services, our competitors often charge thousands of dollars per year. Compliance Notice Log - Each compliance-related correspondence that is received in our offices is logged into our secure database accessible via our website for tracking purposes. Additionally, RASi will contact you if the notice is urgent and requires immediate action to ensure your company’s good standing.
