When comparing registered agent providers, one of the most significant differences is the pricing/rates. Registered Agent Solutions, inc. (RASi) is committed to being the best value for Registered Agent services, thus our rates are consistent with fair-market-values for our industry. With our commitment to value, we strive to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and do not overcharge for services provided and do not implement annual rate increases like many other registered agent providers do.

Most of our competitors charge higher rates for their services. Some providers are owned by publicly traded companies and need to show increased profits and revenue growth each year. Others may have a client base primarily consisting of law firms and accounting firms that appoint a registered agent on their clients’ behalf, thus not providing them with an alternative.
