Revised Seal for NY Apostilles
NEW YORK-- The Department of State will be making a few changes to apostilles to reduce operating costs versus increasing fees.
 
All apostilles will now be issued via facsimile as a black and white copy and contain the New York State Department of State Seal as opposed to the Great Seal of the State of New York. In addition, apostilles will no longer be embossed with a seal neither directly on the apostille or on a gold foil wafer.

New Requirements for Washington Limited Partnerships
WASHINGTON--  All Limited Partnerships formed after January 1, 2010 are now required to file an annual report. LP's formed prior to January 1, 2010 will only be required to continue to file periodic reports every five years.
 
Annual Reports for Limited Partnerships are due July 1, 2010.
